All images are provided to the best of our ability with the equipment and lighting available, therefore the product you purchase may differ slightly in colour/shading.
By placing the order we assume that you have accepted and agree to all of the Terms & Conditions listed on jazzfloats.com.
All card transactions are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If for any reason a card issuer does not authorise a payment/transaction the order will not be processed.
Only on successful receipt of payment will an order will be processed.
Orders will normally be processed Monday – Friday and this includes posting the item with out postal/courier service.
If there are any circumstances where we can not process your order or there will be a significant delay we will notify you via email.
Orders placed on a public holiday and weekends will be processed the next working day, i.e. if an order is placed on a Saturday it will be processed the next working day (Monday – unless it falls on a public holiday)
At peak seasonal times (i.e. Christmas/Easter), there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order due to demand on the service
Orders are subject to availability and if the item is unavailable you will be informed ASAP via email/telephone.
We reserve the right to decline any orders made.
All items sent within the UK will be sent Royal Mail First Class and may be sent with a proof of delivery, so a signature may be required.
For items sent within the EU will be sent via Royal Mail International and may be sent with a proof of delivery, so a signature may be required.
For items sent outside of the EU, please contact us BEFORE placing the order so we can calculate the postage charges.
Please be aware that during public holidays (Bank Holiday/Easter/Christmas etc.) there will be a delay in receiving your products.
Jazz Floats cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company. nor can it be held resonsible for any damage and neglect caused by mishandling in transit.
Delivery times are subjective to the postal service / couriers Terms & Conditions.

If you have contacted us and the return process has started, the item MUST be returned in their original condition (at the expense of the customer) within 7 days after purchase.
Any items lost by your courier/postal service during the return process will not be refunded and you will have to make a claim of the full item value with the company you arranged it with.
Postage charges and additional charges incurred by the postal service / courier wcan not be refunded.
